Welding trainer

Job Description:

Adherence to the training plan and training of new welders and locksmith welders

Active participation in the improvement of the training plan for new welders and locksmiths

Mentoring in relation to high school students who are undergoing training in the company

Responsibility for the safety of all training participants in the training center

Responsibility for the quality of training of employed welders and locksmiths

It is desirable to have previous work experience in training welders for the MAG procedure

Necessary skills for work:

Minimum III degree of vocational education

A minimum of two years of experience in the same or similar jobs, as well as that during the mentioned period the candidate was certified as a welder

Knowledge of technical documentation

Good organizational skills

Adaptability and tolerance

Developed communication skills
