Tasks / Feladatok
People managerial role focusing for staff management of the tribe.
Supports the creation of annual headcount target
Organizes the newcomer integration (onboarding trainings, equipment needs etc)
Defines and regularly reviews team structure and skill & seniority mix to achieve excellent, efficient and predictable team performance
Participates in recruitment and selection of qualified individuals with support from Chapter Lead and HR
Prepares professional development (training plan) and potential evaluation for team members
Collects and provides feedback performance of team member, adjusts development plan, based on the input by CL, SM, PO
Defining the reward&recognition in line with team members' progress
Supporting the department leader in the distribution of the annual salary increase and bonus budget
Creates resource reports and analytics, recommends utilization and cost efficiency improvement measures.
Ensures good work atmosphere: helds regular face to face discussions with team members and quarterly review
Acts as well-being officer, organizes team events
Represents employee needs towards senior management
Acts as substitute for Tribe lead, if requested
Requirements / Elvárások
Bsc or Msc degree (Engineering is advantage)
5 or more years of experience in people management
Experience in software development projects, preferably in agile
Good command of English (both written and spoken)
Team player
Good communication skills
Determined personality
