Passenger information controller

The tasks of our new colleague will be
- monitors passenger train traffic, takes measures to provide fast and accurate passenger information in the event of a delay,
- manages the activities of the participants in passenger information at the national level,
- during an extraordinary event, he keeps in touch with the relevant stations, arranges for the implementation of appropriate passenger information,
- coordinates the work of staff assisting with passenger information at the scene of extraordinary events,
- checks the implementation of the prescribed passenger information,
- performs related administrative tasks.
What is needed to fill the job role
- secondary state education (baccalaureate),
- passenger information training (for which the employer provides internal training in addition to payment of wages),
- user-level computer knowledge.
