This role is for an experienced logistics professional who has expertise in receiving and shipping, packing and order picking and wants to lead teams, implement strategic improvements and work in an innovative environment._x000D_
What awaits you in the position of Logistics Operations Supervisor/Shift Leader?_x000D_
Management and development of a team of approx. 40 employees_x000D_
Management of receipt and dispatch of goods, packaging and picking processes_x000D_
Optimizing warehouse operations through process improvement and automation_x000D_
Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), implementing corrective actions and improving efficiency_x000D_
Ensuring compliance with operational and safety standards_x000D_
Cooperation on strategic projects within the Global Logistics Excellence Center_x000D_
Your profile:_x000D_
Proven experience with logistics operations and team leadership, strong managerial skills, ability to effectively and quickly solve problems_x000D_
Advanced knowledge of warehouse processes, logistics flows and operational planning_x000D_
Analytical thinking and experience with process optimization and automation_x000D_
Ability to make strategic decisions and lead a team in a dynamic environment_x000D_
Communicative level of English and Czech_x000D_
Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)_x000D_
Willingness to work in two shifts (6 a.m. to 10 p.m.), sometimes even on Saturdays_x000D_
