Your duties will be:_x000D_
Processing of budgets, calculations and measurement statements for_x000D_
TZB_x000D_
(heating, cooling, air conditioning, health and technical installations)_x000D_
Proposals for alternative technical solutions and cargo optimization_x000D_
Cooperation with investors, designers and subcontractors during the preparation of offers_x000D_
Assessment of project documentation in terms of budget and technical feasibility_x000D_
Inspections of construction sites and preparation of documents for schedules and cost plans_x000D_
Close cooperation with the construction project manager_x000D_
Overview in pricing construction works, in calculations_x000D_
Dealing with new potential subcontractors_x000D_
