For a global digital creative agency based in Milan we are looking for an Account Manager to be involved in managing digital and social projects for a client in the entertainment industry! In this role. Reporting to: Account Manager Client Services Department The Client Services team handles all aspects of the governance of creative projects born in agency. The areas of expertise and responsibility include client management, project management, and budget control. Being the agency at the client and the client at the agency, the team aims to streamline, organize, and enhance the relationship between the client and the agency. Role Purpose The Account Executive plays a central role in project delivery, being at the forefront of project management activities for the team they will be part of. They manage timelines, ensure that the output aligns with the client’s brief, and guarantee compliance with the costs and profit margins of the projects they will be involved in. Responsibilities: Ownership of the entire delivery process, from creative brainstorming to client presentation Client & Project Management Independently managing day-to-day tasks Supporting Digital PR & Talent Management activities Cost control and coordination with suppliers Organization and management of shoots Team Management Requirements: Over 2 years of experience in a communication agency or a similar company Supervising and managing the delivery team in the day-to-day execution of projects and tasks Prior experience or a personal passion for the entertainment industry will be considered a plus A precise and timely approach to organizing project work and ensuring its rollout aligns with defined timelines Availability, accuracy, and timeliness in interactions with external brand contacts, particularly Social Specialists and Brand Managers Proactivity and curiosity in exploring new creative communication solutions to consistently exceed expectations Familiarity with, interest in, and usage of social communication platforms: a basic understanding of major social platform tools, their evolution, and trends Passion for digital and social communication, with knowledge of best practices and notable communication case studies An analytical approach to defining project measurement metrics Excellent proficiency in English (C1/C2 level) Employee Experience: Career Path Design – quarterly reviews and annual evaluations.
