As Account Executive , you’ll directly grow of our network in the Netherlands by securing prime new locations and expanding relationships with existing clients. Your knack for identifying opportunities and closing impactful deals will shape our portfolio and make a tangible difference in urban mobility. What You’ll Be Doing Hunt for opportunities: Identify and engage qualified leads, scheduling meetings with key decision-makers to initiate meaningful collaborations. Own the sales pipeline: Manage leads, track progress, and oversee the entire conversion process from the first contact to a signed deal. Master the sales cycle: Take full ownership of deals, from sending compelling proposals and negotiating commercial terms to finalizing contracts with asset managers and real estate owners across the Netherlands. Build relationships that matter: Cultivate and maintain strong connections with clients and industry stakeholders to unlock new business, referrals, and partnership opportunities. Persuade and present: Develop and deliver impactful sales presentations that clearly demonstrate ParkBee’s value and how we solve real-world business challenges by providing distinctive and resourceful solutions. What You Bring Around 2–4 years of proven success managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing. You’ll likely have worked in a B2B environment such as SaaS, real estate or similar. Skilled in structuring deals that align with both client needs and company objectives. Comfortable using Salesforce to track leads, manage activities, and maintain detailed records. Strong interpersonal skills to establish trust and credibility, ensuring repeat business and client referrals. Ability to create long-term value by optimizing deals for portfolio growth and profitability. Skilled in leveraging professional networks, attending industry events, and staying active on LinkedIn to generate new business opportunities. Fluency in Dutch and English is mandatory for this role. While our business language is English, our clients are typically native Dutch speakers and business is conducted with them in Dutch.
