What you will do: After intensive training on our products, biosecurity, and our farm-to-fork approach to animal production, you’ll be responsible for servicing existing contracts and managing sales for our Partners in Czech Republic and Baltic countries, while also seeking new growth opportunities. Your key responsibilities will include: Managing the Sales Budget of your area with a commitment to achieving growth targets. Enhancing the skills of sales and technical teams from our local partners through professional training and field visits at key accounts. Providing technical support by answering all types of technical questions related to our products and biosecurity and proposing solutions with the support of our Global Animal Health Technical Support and Product Management teams. Collaborating with various stakeholders on farms and companies to ensure biosecurity protocols are well-designed and executed. Offering commercial guidance, including follow-up on pricing and orders, in collaboration with our Customer Service Team. Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with partners, key accounts, and key opinion leaders in your territory. Reporting sales activities, market trends, competitor activities, and market intelligence data. Cooperating cross-country with colleagues and the Supply Chain Team to ensure optimal product supply. Ensuring all activities align with compliance and our code of conduct. You will report to the Sales Manager CEE&CIS Global Animal Health, and together we will establish your action plan and sales targets, based on agreed strategies. What we are looking for: We are seeking a passionate and driven individual who is ready to make a significant impact in the field of animal care and farming, enjoys finding comprehensive solutions and excels in communication and argumentation with various types of customers. If you are fluent in English and Czech and as an advantage in one of the Baltic languages (Estonian, Latvian, or Lithuanian), and have a deep understanding of animal production, particularly in dairy, health, or nutrition, we want to hear from you. Your practical experience in B2B sales, combined with a dynamic and entrepreneurial spirit will be key to your success in this role. We value education and are looking for candidates with at least a bachelorโ€™s degree in veterinary, agronomy, or similar fields. Your willingness to travel 60% of your time within your territory will allow you to build strong relationships and provide exceptional support to our partners. Preferred Qualifications: While not mandatory, specific knowledge in dairy, poultry, or swine farming will give you an edge. Additionally, knowledge of Russian would be a plus, helping you connect with a broader range of clients and stakeholders.
