Role Overview We are looking for a Senior Account & Project Manager (Freelance), based in Milan, with solid experience in the art, fashion, and luxury sectors. The ideal candidate will serve as a key point of contact for our prestigious clients while ensuring smooth project execution within the studio. Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture trusted relationships with high-profile luxury clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction. Project Planning and Coordination: Develop detailed project plans, managing timelines, budgets, and quality control throughout the process. Production and Post-Production Oversight: Coordinate key stages of production, guaranteeing all outputs meet luxury standards. Print Production Support (plus): Collaborate with print suppliers and oversee print materials when required. Problem Solving: Address and resolve any challenges that arise, maintaining a positive experience for clients. Requirements At least 5 years of experience as an Account Manager or Project Manager, ideally in the luxury, art, and/or fashion sectors. Core Skills: Strong planning and coordination abilities. Proven expertise in post-production processes (photography, video, or similar). Familiarity with print and production processes (a plus). Fluent in English and Italian (both written and spoken). Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on high-level client communication. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Meticulous attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, or similar). Location: Must be based in Milan.
