Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Accounting and Business Administrative Officer at Encircle – Energy Specialists located in Thessaloniki. The Accounting and Business Administrative Officer will be responsible for managing and overseeing financial operations and providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the company. Major duties and Responsibilities: Financial management and accounting Logging transactions and invoices on a daily basis Supporting the accounting department to ensure the bookkeeping compliance Submitting requests for quotation (RFQ’s) and issuing invoices Prepare payment request according to internal procedures of the organization Executing payments Gathering daily, weekly and monthly financial data regarding the development of the company’s projects Participating at the budgeting preparation of the projects Forecasting and analyzing the financial data of the company at a quarterly and yearly basis Ensuring that the company complies with the local regulations Participating during the drafting of the company’s contracts Participating during the preparation of the company’s investment plans Ensuring the development and improvement of the company’s internal procedures and policies Ensuring the proper implementation of the company’s quality management system ISO 9001 Handle incoming calls and respond to queries promptly and professionally Develop and implement efficient administrative procedures Implement clerical duties and administrative processes Administration management Participating during the drafting of the company’s contracts Participating during the preparation of the company’s investment plans Ensuring the development and improvement of the company’s internal procedures and policies Ensuring the proper implementation of the company’s quality management system ISO 9001 Handle incoming calls and respond to queries promptly and professionally Responsible for vehicle fleet Responsible for fixed assets management Take responsibility for the maintenance of all office equipment Coordinate and organize staff travels Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or Business Administration Postgraduate degree (Msc or MBA) will be considered a plus Minimum 3 years of accounting experience, preferably within the construction industry Excellent knowledge of MS Office software Knowledge of ERP softwares Knowledge of Pylon Epsilon software will be considered a plus Fluency in English and Greek Critical thinking abilities and problem-solving attitude Strong Organizational and planning skills Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing priorities and deadlines What we offer: Friendly working environment Interesting and diversified opportunities in the fast-growing energy sector Interdisciplinary teamwork in a successful and dynamic company Competitive salary Show more Show less
