Brasov Hybrid Work Freudenberg Performance Materials SRL You support our team as Accounts Payable Specialist with Italian Responsibilities Accurate recording and processing of accounts payable invoices; Processing service invoices (excluding customs documentation), ensuring compliance with applicable withholding tax requirements, where necessary; Conducting daily checks to ensure invoices are correctly matched; Maintaining and updating supplier records to ensure accuracy and compliance with organizational policies; Facilitating the electronic archiving of tax documents, including all vendor and customer invoices; Monitoring, balancing, and ensuring the integrity of tax-related electronic documents; Posting invoices related to company assets accurately in the accounting system. Qualifications University degree in Economic Studies (or related), at least an accounting diploma and knowledge of SAP transactions used in Italy, as well as tax and accounting legislation; Experience in accounting, finance or a related field, bookkeeper experienced in posting AP invoices in Italy; Fluent in both Italian and English; Proficient knowledge of MS Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel etc.); SAP knowledge; Strong analytical skills; Working proficiency and accuracy; Collaborative skills and a strong team-oriented mindset including openness for knowledge-sharing.
