To drive this vision forward, ikubINFO is seeking an AI Architect and Product Manager who can bridge cutting-edge AI capabilities with business objectives to create transformative solutions. Your future role: Define the strategic AI product roadmap in alignment with business goals and customer needs. Architect scalable, secure, and cost-effective AI/ML infrastructures and pipelines in cloud/hybrid environments. Translate complex AI technologies into clear product features and user stories that deliver tangible business value. Oversee end-to-end lifecycle of AI solutions, from proof-of-concept through production deployment and ongoing optimization. Implement MLOps best practices, including CI/CD, model versioning, and automated retraining workflows. Collaborate closely with engineering, data science, sales, and marketing teams to ensure seamless integration of AI features. Enforce data governance standards and ensure compliance with privacy, security, and regulatory requirements. Evaluate and select AI frameworks, tools, and platforms to accelerate development and maintain a competitive edge. Establish and monitor KPIs for AI initiatives, communicating progress, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership. Identify opportunities to incorporate advanced AI methods (e.g., reinforcement learning, generative AI) to enhance products. Drive continuous improvement initiatives. Champion best practices in responsible AI, addressing bias, fairness, and explainability. Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or equivalent product management experience is a plus. 5+ years of combined experience in AI architecture and machine learning engineering roles. Strong understanding of machine learning concepts, deep learning frameworks and MLOps principles. Proven track record in defining product roadmaps and successfully delivering AI-driven products. Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and GPU/TPU acceleration. Proficiency in Python or a similar language, along with knowledge of frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch. Experience integrating AI services into microservices architectures, APIs, and enterprise systems. Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex AI topics to non-technical stakeholders. Strong analytical mindset, able to define and interpret product metrics and ROI calculations. Knowledge of responsible AI guidelines, fairness, bias mitigation and explainability. Experience with data engineering best practices, ETL pipelines. and data warehousing solutions. Awareness of emerging trends in AI, ML research and industry best practices. Professional certifications in product management, cloud architecture or data science are a plus.
