In this role, we can offer a full-time role, with flexible working arrangements, such as hybrid working up to a max of 80%, adjusted working hours, and other alternative working patterns. We are looking for an Air Freight Specialist to join our Air team in Czechia or Slovakia . She/He will be the point of reference for customers and will ensure the end-to-end carrier management for airfreight operations, from the first contact to the delivery of the goods, in compliance with all company procedures. Main tasks Manages the export and import air shipments; Manages capacity, balancing the carrier mix; Maintains relationships with the Air team, Maersk offices at destination, customers, carriers and suppliers; Manages the carrier booking transactions and follows the billing Offers assistance in the resolution of customers queries and issues, both in English and Czech Data processing and reports We are looking for: Experience in managing import /export airfreight operations is a plus; Proficient knowledge of English and Czech/Slovak language; Good communication skills; Detail orientation and hands-on approach; Problem solving skills, willing to learn and highly responsible; Good knowledge of MS Office. Location : The role can be played in Czechia (Prague) or Slovakia (Bratislava). This is a fixed term contract with possibility to prolong.
