Job Title: Operations Agent (Full-Time / Permanent or Temporary Contract) Locations: Milan Linate Airport AND Milan Malpensa Airport, Italy Job Description: We are currently recruiting for a full-time Operations Agent to coordinate and organize flights for our Business Aviation/General Aviation customers. You will work closely with internal operational and non-operational departments, as well as external suppliers, to ensure optimal service delivery. Responsibilities: Organize and coordinate flight services for customers Advise customers on aeronautical matters Communicate with aviation authorities regarding overflight and landing permissions Coordinate airport and ATC slots Organize and coordinate ground handling Liaise with suppliers for additional services such as limousine, catering, helicopter, etc. Develop and implement short-term alternatives according to company procedures Liaise with VVIPs, aircraft operators, crew, and civil aviation authorities Meet and greet crew and passengers Qualifications/Experience: Relevant work experience in aviation operations (preferably Private/General/Business Aviation) Excellent communication skills and ability to make critical decisions Ability to remain calm in difficult situations and prioritize high workloads Proficient in IT (MS Office, web, and relational database systems) Fluency in English and Italian (written and oral) is essential Team player with a solution-oriented, customer-focused, and communicative personality Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends night hours Previous customer service experience is preferred Ability to manage delicate situations with diplomacy and empathy Competencies: Analytical and Creative Thinking Commercial Focus Communication Skills Customer Focus Decision Making Flexibility Planning and Prioritization Team Working Salary (based on previous work experience) : Approximately €1500 net income per month (depends on Worked Night Hours, Overtime etc.), plus €8 meal vouchers per day.
