Revolv Space is on the lookout for an experienced Assembly, Integration and Testing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of relevant experience and will be a hands-on individual, not afraid to dive deep into the testing process or restructure high-level processes. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the successful assembly, integration, and testing of our spacecraft subsystems and related ground equipment. This role provides close collaboration with the engineering team leads and the CTO, offering valuable insights into the development of cutting-edge space technologies. Starting month: March 2025 Working language: English Working location: Turin, Italy Your mission Develop and execute rigorous Assembly, Integration, and Test (AIT) procedures for spacecraft components and subsystems; Conduct and oversee inspections of incoming materials; Conduct hands-on testing and troubleshooting of hardware, including environmental testing (functional, thermal vacuum, vibration, EMI/EMC); Customer hand-over and delivery; Analyze test data, identify anomalies, and implement corrective actions; Document all test procedures, results, and anomalies; Work closely with design engineers to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues; Maintain and improve AIT lab infrastructure and equipment; Contribute to the development of test fixtures and ground support equipment; Participate in the development and conducting of tests for the validation and flight qualification of our products. Your skills: 3+ years experience in hands-on AIT activities on complex electromechanical systems, like semiconductor equipment, satellites, astronomy equipment, flight simulators, aircraft maintenance, or similar; Familiarity with AIT procedures, standards and good practices (familiarity with ECSS standards will be considered an advantage); Proficiency in data acquisition and analysis tools; Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills; Strong attention to detail and meticulous record-keeping; Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Experience with quality management systems that meet ISO9001 and production process frameworks (e.g., Lean/6 sigma) will be considered an advantage.
