Job Details Job Profile This role will be responsible for creating simple, clear, and concise reporting on business performance and variance drivers of service line and customer profitability (revenue and direct costs), as well as intercompany performance. With an attention to detail and producing professional work, you will improve the visual presentation of reporting prioritising user experience and ease to understand the key messages. This role will drive improved business insights through greater data visibility and decision impact analysis across operations and commercial teams. This role will lead initiatives to create standardised global reporting formats, train business users to increase usage / adoption and support automation of reports into Dashboards. Role And Responsibilities Create and own standard set of business and intercompany performance reporting Own initial analysis of variance drivers, taking initiative to ask country teams for extra information Own the timely submission of intercompany forecast data for budget planning. Support ad hoc analysis requests: ensuring analysis clearly answers the business request Responsible for reporting to senior management team being produced accurately and timely Ensure review meetings have a clear agenda and minutes / actions / action owners are captured Collaborate with action owners to ensure business actions are progressed and actioned Own clear and concise progress communications to role stakeholders Document preparation methodology and data sources of all performance reporting Drive continuous improvement of reporting and dashboards based on user feedback Educational Background Educated to at least bachelor’s degree level Work Experience Minimum three years’ experience in business role (logistics or healthcare desirable) Confident modelling or handling big data (knowledge of Python or SQL desirable) Confident capturing business requirements and working on projects Skills Requirements Fluent in English (verbal and written) Intermediate Microsoft Excel knowledge (knowledge of macros is desirable) Confident user of Microsoft Teams & Outlook applications Able to explain and present work in a simple, clear, and concise matter Understand the concepts and methodologies of costing Interest in continuous improvement and project management principles Experience using SAP, Hyperion or Alteryx is desirable What Cencora offers We offer a competitive annual bonus, life insurance from Day 1, a best-in-class health insurance package, and up to 6 fully paid benefit days a year.
