Job Role Description Process invoicing according to the defined intercompany accounting process steps, works on all day-to-day booking operations in coherence with GAAP and IFRS guidelines – processing includes EDI, ERS, VIM, and manually keying invoices. Closely cooperate with relevant I/C vendors for proper authorization and accurate data. Report and escalate disputed account discrepancies, as a first point of contact, with suppliers and vendors. Prepare month end accounts payable jobs/ prepare monthly account reconciliations. Responsible for process innovation. Profile High school/university education preferably in economics At least 2 years of professional experience in accounting, with an understanding of A/P and A/R process Professional communication skills A sense of careful approach and responsible work and service delivery mind-set. Experience with cross-cultural teams and work environment is an advantage. Business fluent in English (other foreign language nice to have) Knowledge of MS Office (especially MS Excel), SAP or other ERP experience preferred. ARE YOU INTERESTED? Then join us!
