Introduction: We are seeking a dynamic, innovative, and passionate individual to join Toluna’s Global Supply department to manage and optimize our Client API Integrations, reporting directly to the Director of Supply Analytics. This role is key to maintaining and further advancing Toluna as the market leader in consumer insights and supporting our plans to continue rapid and significant growth. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned API specialist from the digital marketing or market research industry with a strong grasp on data analytics and statistical modeling, digital traffic management technology, API technology and integrations. We are a fast-moving organization, and the ideal candidate should be a self-starter capable of rapidly grasping our systems and models, managing multiple strategical API clients and the development of this important and increasing product line quickly adapting to changes in the market. Responsibilities: Client API Integrations- Supply Business Owner Work with the product teams, engineering teams, development teams, and other stakeholders to create, own and execute an API strategy ensuring growth. Holistic end to end management of Toluna’s supply integration directly with our clients and into marketplaces, leveraging Toluna’s global supply ecosystem Be the go-to person, coordinating internal and external teams to expand integrations, drive revenue growth and find innovative solutions. Create a comprehensive reporting suite; real time dashboard for accurate KPI reporting. Manage project, client and vendor relationships. Provide assessment, strategies, advisory services and technical vision to prospects and customers as part of their digital strategy. Schedule and conduct regular status meetings and reports with relevant internal and external stakeholders illustrating results, areas of improvement and tactics to optimize further. Collaborate with our Global Sales Team and Clients to grow the API business by optimizing current and identifying future business opportunities. Ensure successful workflows of the product team, development team, engineering team, supply, operations, and clients Closely cooperate with our R&D and Product teams to document any requirements, design, architecture and to optimize API integrations. Help with the testing of the functionality, trouble shooting, solutions, security, and overall performance of the APIs. Research information on new, emerging technologies and methods in API management & Integration. Invoicing and financial reconciliations, ensuring an increase in revenue and a healthy GM. Data Mining & Monitoring Proactive monitoring of all macro and micro KPI metrics to identify areas for improvement and to ensure successful achievement of objectives to ensure the successful development of the Client API business. Support our Global Supply Team with data analysis to identify and/or report on trends to help improve traffic utilization. Identify, test, and implement tactics to increase traffic to client APIs to increase from Toluna Supply Ecosystem. Technology & Automation Ascertain a holistic understanding of Toluna supply ecosystem from feasibility, project set up to delivery including technology and traffic, practices, and automation. Work with Product owners, Digital Operations, R&D and Supply to review and improve routers, and other supply traffic tech to positively impact optimization. Assess and develop product enhancements and features for Toluna’s proprietary APIs. Your Profile: 4+ years of experience in product management of APIs. Ideally from a market research or digital marketing background. Proven track record of managing, growing, and innovating an API business successfully increasing revenue. Leadership qualities to coordinate multiple teams and work cross-functionally. Demonstrated expertise in statistical modeling, quantitative analysis, and problem-solving through data-driven solutions Problem-solving skills to quickly rectify any issues with the APIs. Experience in data modeling, predictive analytics, or machine learning is preferred along with working with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. Proven track record of leading operational excellence to drive scale and efficiency. Self-driven and resourceful to achieve goals independently as well as work well in groups. Flexibility to take on a variety of tasks as the management team and business require. Communication, presentation and data product management skills required.
