Candidate should have an in-depth knowledge of all steps related to project completion and diligently communicate with necessary people to ensure timely execution. This candidate should also be able to conduct quality assurance checks on a frequent basis in order to ensure regulations are being followed. Responsibilities: Overseeing Project Execution: Ensure that construction work is carried out according to approved plans and specifications. Coordinate with contractors and construction teams to ensure that the work aligns with the architectural design and authorized requirements. Quality Control and Standards Compliance: Participate in quality control checks throughout the construction process, ensuring that materials and methods used meet the specified standards. Perform detailed inspections of works and documentation to ensure each phase of construction is completed as outlined in the project. Communication and Coordination: Communicate with clients, local authorities, engineers, and other teams to address any issues arising during the projectโ€™s implementation. Provide regular progress reports, update on delays, changes in the project, and other matters affecting its execution. Problem-Solving and Project Adaptation: Identify and address challenges that arise during construction, offering solutions without altering the core architectural vision. Propose changes to the project when necessary to adapt to new conditions or modified requirements. Preparation of Documentation and Reports: Prepare necessary documentation for inspections and approvals by building authorities. Maintain detailed records of progress, changes, and any significant events during the construction process. Ensuring Adherence to Deadlines and Budget: Assist in managing the project budget, ensuring that costs remain within approved limits. Monitor project timelines to ensure that construction is completed on schedule. Qualifications: Degree in Architecture. 5+ years experience in construction projects and/or project implementation management. Excellent communication. Proficiency in design and project management software. Strong organisational, creative and presentation skills. Proficiency in English. Show more Show less
