Grecotel Hotels & Resorts, the leading hotel chain in Greece, is seeking an Assistant Rooms Division Manager to join its team. As an Assistant Rooms Division Manager, you will support the Rooms Division Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping, front desk, reservations, and guest services departments with care by following the company’s SOPs. Responsibilities Assist the Rooms Division Manager in managing the operations of the housekeeping, front desk, reservations, and guest services departments Ensure high levels of customer service and guest satisfaction Coordinate and oversee the daily activities of departmental staff Train and mentor team members, providing guidance and support Monitor department performance and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and seamless guest experiences Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and employees Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field Prior experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the rooms division department Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Customer-focused mindset and commitment to delivering exceptional service Proficiency in hotel software systems and MS Office applications Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Fluency in English, knowledge of additional languages will be considered as an asset Benefits Competitive salary and other benefits Advanced Opportunities for professional growth Accommodation (if necessary) and Board Transportation costs Participation in educational programs Show more Show less
