KPMG Deal Advisory is looking for a driven and talented Associate to join our team in Malmö, with start in August 2025. Our team in Malmö is a fully integrated part of KPMG Deal Advisory, and has a full service offering, supporting Swedish and global clients with M&A advisory, Valuation as well as Transaction Services. We are searching for a new junior team member with focus on Financial Due Diligence. The role As an Associate with KPMG Deal Advisory with focus on Financial Due Diligence (“DD”), you will have the opportunity to perform and enhance your skills in buy- and sell-side transactions. In a financial DD, you will work with analysis of target company data to find key drivers behind the historical financial performance, challenging assumptions about future performance, understanding the cash flow cycle and finding potential liabilities and risks which could impact valuation and negotiation of the target company. As a part of the role in Deal Advisory Malmö you will also have the opportunity to work with projects within M&A advisory and Valuation services. Extracurricular activities such as work experience or engagement in student organisations are advantageous. 0-3 years of work experience within Audit, Accounting, Business controlling or similar A business mindset and an analytical way of thinking Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Fluency in Swedish and English is a requirement.
