Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers. Stay in constant contact with customers (visits, emails, calls) to ensure ongoing support. Introduce new products/services, tailoring to customer needs. Detect and develop new business opportunities and projects. Support customers in design-in processes and technical queries. Coordinate internally for timely delivery of quotations, technical information, and issue resolution. Analyze the business environment in the assigned territory and create growth strategies Interpret market trends, competitor analysis, and industry insights for strategic planning. Develop and implement account plans for current and potential customers. Plan and monitor budget, ensuring alignment with business goals. Achieve revenue and profit growth. Expand sales pipeline, increase market share, and enhance customer satisfaction. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in electrical, Electronics, Automation, Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial sales with a proven commercial track record. Understanding of automation architecture, PLC programming, HMI software, networking protocols, and IoT/cloud technologies. Strong interpersonal, project management, selling, and negotiation skills. Ability to think strategically and execute priorities. Additional Requirements: Flexibility to travel Valid driving license (Category B).
