Automotive Exterior Designer: We are currently working with a globally leading tech giant – looking for experienced Automotive Exterior Designers to join their growing Milan based team. This position is on-site, and senior profiles will also be considered. Responsibilities: Lead automotive exterior design projects, from concept to production, ensuring competitive, high-quality solutions. Apply creativity and attention to detail in refining designs and exploring innovative ideas. Present design concepts clearly and collaborate effectively with teams. Develop expertise in the Chinese automotive market. Travel to China or other locations for project support, benchmarking, and collaboration with HQ. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Automotive Design. At least 2 years’ experience in design, within a top agency or in-house team. Proficient in 2D/3D design techniques, including sketching and rendering. Advanced Blender skills for 3D modelling and rendering. Experience with clay models, both small and full-scale. Interest in AI tools to enhance design quality and efficiency. Strong portfolio showcasing cross-sector design solutions.
