TXT e-Tech is looking for an Avionic HMI Test Engineer to join the Aerospace & High Tech Business Unit. The candidate will be responsible for the verification and validation of embedded avionics software in the Aerospace & Defence field. Main responsibilities: Development of automated tests in Lua code; Execution of unit and component tests on the avionics RIG, both through automated scripts and manual tests; Software Verification and Validation activities; Analysis of software requirements; Involvement in avionics certification (Peer review, Structural Coverage, documentation production). Required technical skills: Basic knowledge of main programming languages such as C++/C; Basic knowledge of Matlab/Simulink; Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems; Excellent knowledge of the English language. Optional technical skills: Knowledge of the Lua programming language; Knowledge of IBM Doors; Knowledge of main avionics equipment; Knowledge of versioning tools (Git); Knowledge of DO178. Required education : Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in aerospace engineering or equivalent.
