The Role: As a Backoffice Employee , you will be a vital part of our team, ensuring smooth daily operations through effective organization and management. You will support the company’s administrative and sales functions, enabling the team to deliver excellent results and enhance the customer experience. Responsibilities: 1. Data entry and management in the ERP system. 2. Communicating with customers and partners to manage orders and shipments. 3. Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating with the logistics team. 4. Preparing quotes, invoices, and related documentation. 5. Supporting the sales team with reports and data analysis. 6. Managing and organizing files and records. 7. Assisting in improving internal processes. 8. Providing support at trade shows and international events, if required. 9. Data entry and management in the website’s panel system. Required Qualifications: • Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position. • Excellent knowledge of the English language (written and spoken). • Proficiency in ERP systems (preferably Entersoft). • Advanced skills in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). • Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills. • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience in export processes and managing international orders. • Familiarity with logistics and warehouse operations. • Knowledge of additional foreign languages (e.g., French, German).
