Hey ;) Our BI/ Data Analytics Team is looking for a Bi and Data Analyst to optimize the company’s performance by analyzing data, tracking variances, identifying trends, and proposing actionable strategies to maintain competitiveness in the gaming industry. Responsibilities include developing models, performing comparative analyses, assessing business requirements, and interpreting data to drive strategic decisions and support the company in achieving its goals. As a BI/Data Analyst, You’ll Do Analyze, Clean, and Visualize Data: Work with diverse datasets to uncover trends, generate insights, and detect anomalies, contributing to informed decision-making. Leverage Advanced Data Tools: Utilize various data analysis tools to interpret and report on findings. Present assumptions and results with clarity and precision. Drive Process Improvement: Offer proactive recommendations to refine company processes and strategies based on data-driven insights. Monitor and Report Trends: Provide comprehensive reporting on historical trends, challenges, and key business patterns. Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with cross-functional teams to understand their objectives and deliver data solutions aligned with business needs. Support Analytical Projects: Assist senior data analysts in executing projects, performing in-depth analyses, and ensuring timely delivery. Stay Ahead in Data Innovation: Keep abreast of the latest industry trends, tools, and emerging technologies to enhance analytical capabilities. What We’re Looking For Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Analytics, Computer Science, Economics, Organizational Sciences, or a related field. Professional Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence. Technical Expertise: Demonstrated ability to build models and conduct data mining, with a strong foundation in analytics, forecasting, and modeling. Analytical Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the capacity to process and synthesize information from diverse sources. Data Visualization Tools: Proficiency in at least one data visualization tool, such as Tableau, Qlik, or Microsoft Power BI (Power BI is preferred). Programming Skills: Experience with Python and SQL is highly desirable. Data Warehousing Knowledge: A solid understanding of data warehouse (DWH) design and operations. Communication Proficiency: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex insights clearly and effectively. Language Skills: Proficiency in English is essential.
