As the Bid Management Lead , you will be responsible for leading the assembly of technical and sales resources to support pre-sales engagements and deal shaping for complex pursuits. These are some of your primary responsibilities: Ensure timely and high-quality execution of contract creation and amendments, supporting the sales team throughout the process. Collaborate between pursuit, sales, delivery, and business operations to drive deal pursuits, removing obstacles and engaging with stakeholders to move deals forward Work with sellers, operations, and Deal and Contract Assistance (DCA) to issue contracts, supporting sales through contract signature and processing. And here are more details: Support the client sales team throughout the sales process by ensuring timely and high-quality execution of contract creation and amendments, covering various types of contracts. Initiate and oversee the pre-sales process. Track deals comprehensively from bid stage to execution. Draft contracts using Microsoft templates and tools, obtaining necessary approvals. Collaborate with the project management team to address resource and technical requirements for deals. Create effective stage-wise plans to support the bid process. Coordinate approval processes, including budgetary estimates and statement of work. Review and update draft contracts as required. Facilitate deal approvals and monitor expiration dates. Manage and resolve queries from stakeholders. Confirm contract setup and submission through validation processes. Communicate deal statuses through reports. Prioritize urgent contracts for validation team attention. Resolve suspended requests with Resource Manager/Domain Solution Architect. Update customer applications according to standard operating procedures. Prepare reports and analytics as per requirements. Maintain queue hygiene and handle project updates. Execute approval processes. Facilitate handover process from sales to delivery team. Skills and experience you have: 3-5 years of experience in presales, bid management, project management, or customer relationship services in the Software Services, Consulting, or IT sectors, with a track record of managing deals over 200K USD/Euros. Proven expertise in RFP, RFI, or RFQ processes and experience in bid or project management. A solid understanding of contracts , resource management systems, and familiarity with cloud concepts, AI, IoT, MS Dynamics, and Salesforce. A bachelorโs degree in marketing, sales, or a related field. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, combined with an innovative, quality-focused approach. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint. A quick adaptability to changing business needs and fluency in English .
