Spanish multinational is looking a BIM Manager for an important project based in Copenhagen. Requirements: High level of English Experience in fit out mandatory, managing projects with and LOD 400 and 500. Willing to be relocated to site in a remote location. Client face role. Experience in BIM 360 and Navisworks. Enscape a plus. Adobe and Microsoft Suite required. You will: Development and review of construction drawings for fit-out. Coordination of the shop drawing’s packages including all interface coordination with multiple stakeholders, necessary for the approval prior to fabrication and installation. Reviewing all submittals for legibility, accuracy, completeness and compliance with contract documents and Consultant’s & Client’s requirements. Submission of shop drawings, calculations and measurements to Project & Design Manager for approval prior to fabrication and installation. Submission of supporting documents, presentations, sample boards, ref. images and inspiration boards related to the project and for client’s review and comment. Overview the as-built preparation and review and coordination with the Technical Office and BIM developers. Show more Show less
