Join our team and #be_part_of_tomorrow #AlphaBank #TheAlphaBlueprint #Tomorrow The Document Search & Management Platform Owner , as part of the Business Automation team of the bank’s Operational Effectiveness & Organization Division, will be working closely with business & technology units to oversee the Bank’s document search and archiving infrastructure (both electronic as well as physical), build out its capabilities and actively promote its adoption by the Bank’s products, channels and processes. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated, highly skilled Platform / Product Owner that will be able to perform in a fast-paced and demanding environment, managing multiple stakeholders and delivering on time, in budget and in scope. The candidate shall be familiar with the technologies, best practices and laws/regulations related to document storage, search and retrieval as well as to OCR, document splitting and classification What you will be doing Act as Platform / Product Owner for the Bank’s o document search & retrieval infrastructure o electronic document storage infrastructure o OCR, document splitting and classification solutions For each of these platforms, the responsibilities of the role at hand include o Defining an appropriate vision o Maintaining and continuously updating a roadmap with new features o Overseeing the implementation of new platform features by writing appropriate specifications / user stories and participating in the respective User Acceptance Tests o Keeping up to date the necessary documentation / user manuals o Participating in end user training sessions o Monitoring their availability and coordinating the resolution of any incidents in close collaboration with IT Act as Subject Matter Expert for document storage, search and retrieval and o Lead the delivery of flagship digitization projects that have the objective to incorporate them in core processes of the Bank o Contribute to various smaller digitization initiatives that require their usage What you need to have A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering or any other related discipline 2 – 5 years of related work experience (ideally as a Product Owner or Business Analyst working on a solution that is related to document storage, search & retrieval) Very good understanding of the capabilities of new technologies Good knowledge of requirements elicitation and documentation techniques Experience in the banking / financial services industry or in a big consulting firm Solid analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Experience in ML solutions related to document splitting & classification will be considered a plus Related Agile certifications (e.g PSPO) will be considered a plus Experience with Design Thinking methodologies will be considered a plus Excellent command of the English language (both written and spoken).
