Key Responsibilities : Lead the production and review of Business Impact Analyses (BIA) and risk assessments to design and implement effective business continuity strategies. Develop, test, and review Business Continuity Plans (BCPs) and procedures. Manage business continuity documentation, key performance indicators, and audit programs. Monitor internal and external risks, staying informed about global legislation and regulations. Facilitate training and enhance organizational awareness of business continuity practices. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and resilience across all functions. Key Qualifications : 3+ years of experience in business continuity, incident management, or a related field. In-depth knowledge of ISO 22301:2019 (lead auditor qualification preferred). Proven ability to implement business continuity strategies in complex environments, ideally in SaaS-based settings. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent communication abilities. Relevant certifications such as CBCI, CDRE, or BCRP. Bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity or a related field.
