Your mission: Achieve assigned sales objectives, especially focused on key clients in the aluminum machining sector and identifying business opportunities for SERI products. Organize and follow the technical-commercial activities of SERI in Turkey and Eastern Europe. Visit customers to demonstrate WALTER and SERI as an engineering reference in the machining process. Provide specialized commercial attention to assigned key clients, advising them, building loyalty and continually offering support to their needs, in terms of products and technical solutions. Maintain deep technical knowledge of current and new products, applying synergies when possible. Inform the superiors about important visits, provide relevant information about clients, competition, market and outstanding actions. Follow and apply the company’s commercial policy, actively participating in the planning, execution and monitoring of action plans. Know the economic situation, workload and strategic departments of the clients in the assigned portfolio, identify characteristics and trends in market evolution, customer needs and business opportunities. Follow-up, make interventions, ensure proper operation and maintenance of SERI projects. Keep the commercial, logistic and engineering processes up to date. Follow-up the execution of customer orders, with focus to achieve deadlines. Your profile: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. 5 years experience in technical sales and machining concepts. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Knowledge of special clamping fixtures and post machining principles regarding construction and operation. Knowledge and understanding of technical drawings. Knowledge of CAD/CAM, preferably AutoCad, Inventor. Results-oriented and ability to work autonomously. PC user-friendly. Leadership skills.
