SIDENOR is looking for a Business Strategy Specialist to join the Strategy & Business Operations division in Maroussi, Attiki. Sidenor, is looking for a Business Strategy Specialist for its Headquarters in Maroussi. As the Business Strategy Specialist you will report to the Senior Director of Strategy & Business Operations and you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping Sidenor’s business strategy. This role provides 360° exposure across the organization and offers a blend of strategic and operational aspects, offering the opportunity to make a tangible impact. What you will need to do: Conduct in-depth business analysis and build quantitative models to evaluate business cases, support business decisions and new investments. Perform scenario modeling and provide actionable insights. Research and analyze market trends, competitors and industry developments, delivering data-driven conclusions. Prepare executive-level presentations, to communicate findings and recommendations effectively. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to jointly assess strategic options and coordinate cross-functional projects. What you need to possess: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering; additional qualifications in Economics or Business are considered a plus. 2-5 years’ experience in business analysis, strategy, consulting or corporate strategy roles Solid expertise in business analysis and quantitative modeling, including robust Excel-based models for what-if analyses, strategic planning and scenario assessments. Familiarity with data management, analysis, and visualization tools (e.g., R, Python, SQL, BI tools) is a plus. Experience with financial analysis and financial modeling is an advantage.
