Are you ready to lead financial transformation in a dynamic environment? We are seeking a dedicated Business Transformation Lead – Finance to join our team in the heart of Prague. This full-time, on-site role will initially focus on overseeing the financial aspects of our ERP implementation, including managing data migration, system configurations, and process improvements. You’ll collaborate directly with our implementation partner and various stakeholders, driving change management and ensuring the successful adoption of D365. Post-implementation, you will continue to spearhead various business transformation initiatives and projects. You’ll collaborate closely with our dynamic Business Transformation Team and report directly to the Head of Business Transformation. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Lead finance transformation efforts aligned with our strategic goals. ERP Expertise: Manage data migration, system configuration, and process optimization for D365 F&O. Project Management: Oversee the ERP project timeline, ensuring timely and effective execution within the parts of the finance stream you are responsible for Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with implementation partners and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and successful delivery. Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to the Project Owner and senior management. Skills & Qualifications: Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field Master’s/CPA/CMA/CIMA/ACCA preferred Experience: Proven experience in the finance/accounting field, preferrably within real estate. Excel Expertise: Proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables. ERP Systems Knowledge: Experience with ERP systems (preferably Dynamics 365, AX, or Tririga). Change Management: Expertise in change management within finance. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Team Collaboration: Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in D365 F&O would be a plus Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English.
