ENABLING YOU TO SHAPE A BETTER TOMORROW Code number: J000003085 Entry level: Professionals Location: Cluj, Timisoara, Bucharest Organization: MHP – A Porsche Company Tasks Leadership dimensions: Communicate the company’s vision & mission across all levels Motivate, inspire, and empower our leaders to be actively involved in the development of their respective business areas and to further promote them as the right environment to develop within Draw innovative ideas to create goals and implement strategies that will contribute to our success Evoke an authentic team spirit in addressing all challenges and goals the company is working towards Business dimensions: Create a vision for the ABAP Business Unit, accelerate change and growth in the business landscape as well as in the organizational structure Ideate & implement strategies towards the development of the Business Unit, enabling MHP Romania to expand in the MHP Group Further consolidate the trust relationship between MHP Romania and customers from a service supplier perspective Develop the service portfolio, potentially adding new services and revenue streams Expand our client portfolio landscape Act as an ambassador of MHP Romania in the MHP Group for all ABAP Development services delivered from MHP Romania Take into account the needs of external and internal stakeholders and incorporate them into new strategic plans Coordinate with Talent and HR departments to ensure our hiring plans meet our business needs Monitor daily operations and address potential issues when they arise Monitor utilization, delivery volume and recommend solutions that will improve profitability Design new processes that will improve quality or increase productivity and profitability Work towards acquiring large-scale projects for MHP Romania as a primary services supplier to the MHP Group Qualifications Previous experience as a Unit Lead or Technology Lead role within Technology Consulting or International Software Development Business Landscapes Hands-on technical and ABAP development expertise Thorough understanding of software environments and nearshore delivery models Visionary mindset and ideation that sets the strategic course and moves the organization forward Ability to oversee high-growth initiatives and expansions on multiple business verticals Competent at fostering employee engagement Good knowledge of operations management and change management, skilled in business transformation The ability to interpret financial delivery data and allocate budgets, experience with forecasting models Exceptional communication and presentation skills, skilled in collaboration and strategic partnering Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related studies Things to know before departure: Start: by arrangement – always on the 1st and 15th of the month Working hours: full-time ( 40h); 27 vacation days Employment contract: Unlimited Line of work: Consulting Language skills: Fluency in written and spoken English; German is a plus Flexibility & willingness to travel Other: a valid work permit Exclusive look behind the scenes We are an ambitious IT consulting company with a strong and clear mission.
