Qualifications Requirements: Automotive degree or equivalent certification. 3+ years of recent hands-on experience in auto repair shops or dealerships. Valid EU passport and driver’s license. Proactive, eager to learn, and adaptable. Fluent English (or German/Dutch), assessed during the interview.
