Job ID: 28022 We are looking for a Business Developer for Group Financial Crime Prevention (GFCP) to own our internal change agenda and internal communication plan. As the Business Developer you play a key role in ensuring that all employees in GFCP understand the GFCP vision, strategy and goals, and how to execute them. Together with the leadership team, you define the right actions to ensure progress along the change journey we are making in GFCP, with a special focus on activities that enhance engagement and motivation. By managing and executing change projects and communication activities, you deliver high-quality content to our organisation and advise our leadership team on change management and communication matters. You contribute to growing GFCP employee engagement by embedding effective two-way communication, supporting leaders in their communication and help them find ways to increase engagement and dedication to the development and implementation of the GFCP strategy. About this opportunity Welcome to GFCP! What you will be doing: Own GFCP’s internal change and communication plan in close collaboration with the GFCP leadership team. Define key messages and develop content that effectively translates our vision and strategy to our people Represent GFCP in relevant communication forums to ensure activities are supporting the GFCP strategy and follow up on planned deliveries in close cooperation with the Communication Business Partner Plan and manage our leadership communication Plan and host relevant meetings, ensuring that content and messaging are relevant, clear, and aligned to our strategy and culture. Support and advise the Head of GFCP on communication matters, such as messaging, Q&As, presentations etc. Serve as GFCP Intra site coordinator, creating intranet articles, surveys and resource repository. Ensure that Intra content is of high quality Strengthen employee engagement and two-way communication in GFCP together with relevant stakeholders. Plan activities and content that creates engagement and motivation for our employees. Manage internal community content including forums, Yammer channels, and user-generated content that inspires Ensure communication is consistent, high quality and relevant to key stakeholders Follow external communication in the market and ensure relevant knowledge sharing on your findings with the organization You’ll join our Business Support team, reporting to Hans Annuk.
