Chief Operating Officer (COO) with an entrepreneurial mindset Driving Growth Across the Nordics and Europe Do you aspire to take on a leadership role in a small growing company founded in 2019? We are searching for a COO who combines technical know-how with business acumen to lead profitable growth and prepare for a seamless move into the CEO role. The Opportunity Under the leadership of the CEO and founder, the company has reached significant milestones. The next step requires a COO with strong operational expertise to develop a scalable downstream service and supplier network across the Nordics and Europe. Key responsibilities include: Strengthening operations to enhance customer management, service quality, and after-sales activities. Developing scalable systems to support revenue growth across cities and countries. Taking ownership of cost optimization and ensuring efficient processes throughout the supply chain. Collaborating closely with the CTO and CEO to align a seamless integration of operational strategies. Leading a small, dedicated team of six with a hands-on approach while preparing to step into the CEO role. About the Company Since founding, the company has been dedicated to developing a market-leading product for professionals seeking small and sustainable transportation solutions in urban areas. The product is very unique compared to anything else on the market in terms of quality, reliability and functionality. Supported by a European factory partnership, the production process—including sourcing, assembly, and shipping—is managed efficiently, with goods delivered to logistics centers in Denmark and Sweden. With a robust upstream value chain ready to scale and extensive product testing completed, including a new and improved model set to launch in 2025, the company is now focused on expanding operations and entering new markets.
