Integration Period 6 to 12 months Skills Profile Critical Very Important Project X SAP X AutoCad X English X Romanian X Other Requirements Active driving license cat B Very good organization of work Independence in decision-making, versatility, communication skills High personal culture and ethics Ability to travel Responsibilities MISSION Organise and supervise the works’ plan material and human resources and control the respective budgets, according to the Heads of Department and Board’s guidelines, CJR Renewables standards and procedures, QSE references, in order to ensure the works’ execution and comply with the agreed deadlines and costs, without QSE incidents, penalties or non-compliances. Main Responsibilities Analyse and study the project’s contract specifications and descriptive documents, technical reports and drawings, in order to prepare the engineering proposals to meet the Client’s requirements; Gather and request clarifications and details on the project’s contract specifications and descriptive documents, technical reports and drawings, in order to clarify doubts and details to define the engineering process; Analyse and prepare studies and remaining documentation specific to each project to propose a more adjusted solution to the Client, complying with technical requirements within the foreseen budgets; To control and ensure the proper costs allocation. MAIN DUTIES Prepare project’s elements, ensuring detailed documents are issued in a timely manner; To actively collaborate in the validation and definition of equipment and technical solutions; To technically manage the projects’ needs and the subcontracted engineering companies; Assist Project & Development in the preparation of budgets and proposals; To actively participate in the discussion and defence of technical solutions with clients; Assist and provide technical support to worksite teams; To prepare weekly measurements of the worksite, entering them in SAP. Preparation of as-built documentation of construction works Close cooperation and assistance to the CJR Group entities in Poland and Portugal and to the CJR Group collaborators Compliance with internal and external regulations in terms of health and safety and quality policy. Preparation of Conceptual, Construction and Execution Designs according to construction law, standards, and regulations Analysis and selection of optimal design solutions Analysing, evaluating, checking the design documentation of other designers Show more Show less
