Company Overview: We are a leading manufacturing company that specializes in providing electric control system solutions and comprehensive electric control products for the e-bike industry. We are currently seeking an experienced Client Manager to drive business growth, manage client relationships, and align our solutions to meet the needs of our e-bike clients. The ideal candidate will have in-depth product knowledge, industry expertise, and exceptional interpersonal skills. Key Responsibilities: Develop and expand sales in the Netherlands and other European countries. Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key client stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. Understand client needs, monitor industry trends, and collaborate with the technical team to deliver timely, tailored solutions. Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to overall profitability. Work closely with the technical, operations, and delivery teams to ensure accurate project execution and customer satisfaction. Lead negotiations and contract renewals, ensuring favorable terms for both Clouddrive Company and the client. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, proactively addressing concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner. Measure client satisfaction and implement action plans to improve service quality. Foster a client-centric culture by providing feedback to internal teams for continuous improvement. Qualifications & Skills: At least 2 years of experience in client management, sales, or a related role within the e-bike industry. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English or Chinese. Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with a proven ability to manage client expectations. Track record of achieving or exceeding sales and revenue targets. Results-driven, proactive, and collaborative, with a strong customer focus.
