Cloud Solution Sales Architect European Tech Recruit are working closely with a multinational semicon company, based in Budapest, who are looking for a Cloud Solution Sales Architect to join their team. Responsibilities as Cloud Solution Sales Architect : Understand customers’ overall data estate, IT, and business priorities, as well as success measures, to design implementation architectures and solutions. Maintain expert-level knowledge and skills to guide customers’ journey through cloud transformation. Apply technical expertise to architect solutions that align with business and IT needs on public cloud and hybrid cloud environments, ensuring the long-term technical viability of new deployments. Ensure solutions demonstrate high levels of performance, security, scalability, maintainability, reusability, and reliability upon deployment. Cultivate deep relationships with key customer stakeholders and IT decision-makers, fostering long-term cloud adoption within their organization and empowering them as cloud advocates. Serve as a Voice of Customer, sharing insights and best practices, and liaising with the Engineering team to address key blockers. Assess customers’ cloud readiness and knowledge, facilitating structured learning plans and ensuring their delivery through partners or directly to the customer. Collaborate with other Cloud Solution Architects in developing complex end-to-end enterprise solutions. Stay abreast of technical advancements and market trends, sharing insights with the technical community, while educating customers on cloud solutions. Act as an evangelist for cloud solutions within the customer base, partner network, and external communities. Requirements: 3-5 years of successful experience in consultative/complex technical sales and deployment projects, architecture, design, implementation, and/or support of highly distributed applications. Previous experience in a Consulting/Architecture position within a software and/or services company such as Amazon Web Services, Azure, VMware, Google, IBM, Oracle, Teradata, SAP, Cloudera/Hortonworks, Pivotal, or similar. Certification in one or more of the following technologies preferred: Cloud, Database, Big Data. Fluent in English.
