Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive commercial strategies to achieve sales and profitability targets. Lead and manage wholesale, retail, and e-commerce operations. Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, including partnerships, collaborations, and market expansions. Analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer insights. Oversee pricing, forecasting, and inventory management to maximize revenue and optimize stock levels. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. Collaborate with marketing and design teams to align commercial strategies with brand objectives and seasonal collections.
