As a Commercial Support Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting and coordinating the efforts of our sales team. You will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of sales activities and facilitating the successful promotion of our products to merchants. What You Get To Do In This Role Assist the sales team in managing and organizing sales activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and tracking sales metrics. Coordinate communication between the sales team and merchants, ensuring timely and accurate information flow. Support the preparation and delivery of sales proposals, contracts, and other documentation. Maintain and update data and sales records to ensure data accuracy and accessibility. Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product, operations, legal, compliance and finance to align and support sales activities. Provide administrative support, such as handling inquiries, processing orders, and managing correspondence to support sales daily activities. Assist in the planning and execution of sales events, workshops, and training sessions. What we are looking for: Bachelor’s degree in Business / Finance or a related field. Minimum 2 years of proven experience in a sales support or coordination role, preferably in the financial services or fintech industry. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent level of English, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. A proactive and problem-solving attitude.
