The Role As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated and experienced Compliance Officer to join our team. Key Skills Corporate Housekeeping: Expertise in corporate governance, including company secretarial duties, maintaining corporate records, preparing board resolutions, drafting shareholder meeting minutes, and filing statutory documents. Contract Law: Practical experience in contract law, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts. Compliance Function Experience: Proven experience in compliance roles, including: Drafting and implementing company policies, procedures, and guidelines. Reporting on compliance status to senior management and relevant authorities. GDPR: Drafting required documents Ensuring follow-up and compliance on a group level. What Youโ€™ll Bring Self-Starter : Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrate initiative, and proactively address challenges. Communication Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Estonian & English (fluent). Proficiency in other languages is a plus. Education : Estonian qualified lawyer with a degree in law (LLB, JD, or equivalent). Post-qualification Experience (PQE) : 2-3 years of post-qualification experience in a corporate or legal function, ideally with exposure to both corporate law and compliance, including GDPR.
