About the job HERACLES Group, Greece’s leading company in the field of building materials and a member of Holcim, with continuous growth in the Greek market, is seeking to strengthen its teams with Concrete Lab Technicians for its RMX (Ready Mix) units in the following areas: Attica, Thessaloniki, Heraklion Crete & Kalamata. Role & Key Accountabilities The purpose of the role is to ensure the consistent production with the Concrete Quality Plan by overseeing raw materials, performing concrete quality checks, conducting site inspections, and maintaining quality assurance records. ● Daily follow up and application of Concrete Quality Plan ● Execution of technical measurements and controls of fresh and hardened concrete ● Quality Control of raw materials for concrete production (aggregates, cement, admixtures) ● Visits on sites to check the quality of delivered concrete (sampling concrete) ● Quality Assurance implementation and Quality records update. Qualifications & Skills ● Graduate of Technological Institutes or University degree in Civil Engineering ● 1-3 years working experience in construction industry /concrete quality lab/ready mix concrete industry ● Expertise in Concrete Sampling, Sieve analysis of aggregates, Lab mix design ● Computer skills (proficiency in Microsoft Office required) ● Fluent in English ● Excellent communication and listening skills ● Responsibility, professionalism, attention to detail ● Team working & adaptability.
