Our portfolio of luxury and sustainable real estate development projects in Athens and the surrounding areas is growing fast and we are looking for a talented and proactive Construction Administrator. The Construction Administrator will be an integral member of our core construction team. He/she will assist and support the work of the Head of Construction as well as the work of the Site Engineers of the company. Qualifications: · Degree in civil engineering / architect engineer. · 5-8 years of professional experience in construction administration of residential / hospitality projects · Hands – on experience in construction documentation Requirements: · Ability to coordinate and execute multiple tasks in parallel. · Excellent use of MS Office and task management apps · Solid Know-how in use of AUTOCAD · Excellent organization and time management skills · Document control – management of incoming and outgoing correspondence/drawing & report issues. · Control and comparison of architectural studies with the static and mechanical requirements. · Designing of suggested solutions to problems relevant to construction · Concentrating relevant studies and information pertaining to subcos’ offers · Familiarity working with procedures and processes, yet, with an entrepreneurial mindset. · Problem solving and result – oriented attitude, positive thinking. · Team player with affinity to multilevel communication. · Strong verbal and written communications skills (both Greek and English). · Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
