About the Role – To support Head of Construction Proposals in assuring Commercial & Business Development all Construction Management and Construction estimating activities for assigned Proposals. Responsibilities – To support Head of Construction Proposals in reviewing all Construction Management and Construction estimating activities for proposals, according to Corporate policies, standard procedures, local conditions and Client’s requirements; To support for the assigned proposals, Proposal Managers during the bidding phase, guaranteeing the competences for construction activities and optimization of construction plan and schedule; To support Head of Construction Proposals in implementing with Engineering, Technology and Research & Development to the definition and development of those methodologies relevant to “constructability”, “construction feasibility” and “work requisition”, verifying their implementation; To guarantee the Construction Proposals main interfaces with Estimating Management; To cooperate with Subcontracts Construction for Subcontractors’ databank updating, management and qualification; To cooperate with Subcontracts Construction to the Construction Contractors bids analysis during TCM bidding stage; To cooperate with Engineering, Technology and Research & Development and Subcontracts Construction, the development and updating of Construction Data Bank; To participate, as needed, to meetings with Clients and Site and Subcontractors’ facilities visit; To support Head of Construction Proposal in assuring the plain conformity to the defined Group’s objectives, for activities of which is competent, including their correct implementation also in the Company’s subsidiaries; To support the Department in developing Construction Standardization tools, procedures and Construction databank updating, in cooperation with the involved Functions.
