Key Responsibilities: Assist Senior Construction Manager in all the processes Maintain construction projects administration in a correct and timely manner Coordinate the order of appropriate materials and equipment Interact with architects, engineers, and other construction project stakeholders Manage the current subcontractors and find the new ones if necessary Take care of all the necessary permits Prevent fines and work interruptions by complying with all the regulations Conduct all the necessary inspections Prepare and submit regular progress reports regarding the construction process Track construction budget compliance and monitor construction project expenditures Ensure all tasks are completed within the allocated resources Monitor compliance with safety measures by following all the guidelines, standards, and procedures Identify potential construction risks and issues and ensure measures to manage them Accomplish the construction project results and monitor its compliance with initial goals and plans Requirements: Specialized Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in construction management, engineering, architectural design, or related fields Proven track record of successfully completing construction projects on time, within budget, and in accordance with technical, quality requirements, and standards. Proficiency in project management Ability to manage multiple projects with urgent deadlines Ability to work with construction blueprints Ability to read architectural drawings, electrical installations drawings, hydraulic installations drawings. Ability to work with construction management tools for overseeing construction processes, costs, plans, phases, and documentation Ability to effectively manage subcontractors teams Ability to develop long-term business relationship Ability to work under pressure Knowledge in health and safety in construction sites. Highly developed organizational and time management skills Strong attention to details Focus on problem-solving Proficiency in Greek with a minimum level of C2 Proficiency in either Russian or English, with a minimum level of B2.
