Job Description

Industry: Textile Manufacturing
Seniority for this role: Entry level
Join The TextileRevolution on our mission to change the Textile Industry Do you geek out over sustainability and the idea of helping reshape an entire industry? We do, too. At The TextileRevolution , we’re on a mission to be the ESG partner for ambitious textile companies. We’re not just consultants — we’re activists at heart, thinkers who love diving deep into data academic research and EU regulations, and we aren’t afraid to have strong opinions on how to fix a broken system. As a consultant at The TextileRevolution, you will be working together with us in tackling topics like CSRD, lifecycle analysis (LCA), green claims, digital product passports, and certifications such as GOTS and B-Corp. We are occasionally conducting research about the sustainability of production approaches such as recycled polyester and regenerative cotton farming, thus being comfortable with literature searches and intellectual challenges is an advantage. Among the clients we work with are Kentaur, United Textile Group and Andersen-Andersen. What We’re Looking For You’re passionate about sustainability. You can confidently communicate fluently in English (spoken and written). You enjoy collaborating with others but are equally comfortable owning tasks and managing your time independently. You spot what needs to be done and take action , even when there’s no set process. You ask for help when needed and communicate clearly about progress. You bring ideas to improve how we work, both academically and organizationally — and aren’t afraid to challenge us or propose smarter solutions. You’re curious, quick to understand complex topics , and eager to learn. You’re confident with tools like MS Office , Google Drive , and AI chat tools (e.g., ChatGPT). You enjoy talking to people, building connections, and learning along the way. Right now we see high demand for LCA and CSRD projects, thus it is an advantage if you have knowledge and skills within those areas, however it is not a requirement. What We Offer A dynamic and supportive environment, where we strive to develop deep expertise. Projects that matter: hands-on experience in cutting-edge sustainability , certifications, and ESG work for the textile industry. A collaborative team that values your input and ideas. An opportunity to grow in a highly specialized environment while working on meaningful projects . Vegetarian lunch How to Apply If this sounds like something for you, we’d love to hear from you. We would like to see your CV to see which courses and programmes you attended and what projects and work you have done. Skip the cover letter (you would probably have Chat GPT make it anyway) and tell us instead of a project that you have made that went wrong and what you learned from it. We imagine that you will write about ½-1 A4 page. Send it to markus@tekstilrevolutionen.dk . Application Deadline: January 12th but interviews will be conducted on an ongoing basis. We encourage anybody that feels that they fit the description above (or think that they have reason to challenge us) to apply regardless of nationality, religion, gender, political and sexual orientation Show more Show less
