Responsibilities Contributes to the development and success of Sustainability strategies and priorities in Purchasing Adhesive Technologies; Drives or supports strategic projects and workstreams from beginning to end, as assigned; Works together with cross-functional teams, both internal and external, on Sustainability initiatives, providing actionable insights to ensure the success of these projects; Collects and analyzes data from various sources, including purchasing, sustainability, business, and market insights, to identify trends and insights that aid in informed decision-making; Takes charge of preparing Sustainability data materials for internal and external communications; Responsible for tracking and reporting on the progress of Sustainability Projects within FPA; Assists in creating data models, algorithms, and performing statistical analyses. Required Skills Advanced knowledge of MS Excel; Knowledge of SQL OR Python OR R; Experience with data visualization, ideally using MS PowerBI; Previous experience in engaging with stakeholders; Previous project management experience advantageous; Good communication skills with fluency in English.
