At Bang & Olufsen, we are seeking a highly skilled and service-minded Corporate Field Service Technician to join our team in Denmark. This role offers the opportunity to travel extensively while representing one of the world’s most iconic brands! As a Corporate Field Service Technician, you will be the face of Bang & Olufsen for our customers, retail partners, and VIP clients across Denmark. Working remotely and traveling up to 80% of the time, you will handle troubleshooting, system integration, repairs, and installations of our premium audio-visual products. You will also have the option to use our office in Lyngby when needed. This role requires a unique combination of technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a proactive, customer-oriented mindset. Key Responsibilities Execute troubleshooting, system integration, configurations, and repairs in private residences and retail stores. Lead and support selected installation projects, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality results. Provide 360° project support, including planning, documentation, execution, and follow-up in collaboration with retail partners and the corporate service team. Deliver exceptional customer experiences, acting as a trusted advisor and technical expert. Coach and support local retail partners and installers on technical issues. Provide technical assistance during Bang & Olufsen events and product presentations. Operate and maintain a small warehouse for loan products, spare parts, tools, and installation materials. Actively participate in service and retailer meetings, sharing insights and updates on technical activities. Ensure feedback to headquarters to support product and service quality improvements. What You Bring To succeed in this position, you should thrive in a highly independent role while collaborating as part of a service-centred team. You combine technical expertise with a customer-focused mindset to deliver outstanding results. Proven experience in service, including troubleshooting and system integration, ideally with AV and network solutions. Strong technical competencies in connectivity, installation, configuration, diagnostics, and systematic troubleshooting. Solid project management skills with attention to detail and organization. Excellent communication skills and a customer-first approach. Fluent in Danish and English (spoken and written). Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook and Teams. Ability to utilize Microsoft field service software on both laptop and tablet. A valid driver’s license and passport. Ability to work independently from home when not on the road.
